It will come tomorrow, yesterday was off day for them, first Saturday of the month. smile.gif
Their tracking system is not good, always call them 1300-300-300, from 8.30am - 5pm. smile.gif

a question here...

if my fren post an item from kedah on monday and i am about the receive the item on tuesday/wednesday, can i tell the poslaju department not to send the item to the mailing address because theres no one at home on daytime...

i am planning to collect the item myself at the post office as it's nearer to my working places..

do i have to call them or simply go to the post office and tell them...

I didn't know about about the volumetric thingy until the incident today...

Usually I just check the rate at Pos Laju website by selecting in the region and weight. As usual, this time I check the rate to send a 1kg item to Sabah from Peninsular is RM11.00, so I quoted the buyer RM11.00 for postage.
When I go and post that time, that fellow said need to use volumetric and the cost is RM35.88! After deducting the super tip profit margin... I need to pay RM 12.00 extra from my own pocket for this trade!

It's a lesson I learn which cost RM 12.00, worth it?

why poslaju increase the cost.. last day i post keyboard, normaly i posted it rm 8.70, but this dsy, i charges rm 16.90. Its include tax 5%, weight and etc.

more expensive than national wide, dhl.
post it same state nilai to seremban...

very expensive..dunni if i post damm weight item..how much they charge..

Now SAY NO TO POSLAJU...

I think PosLaju is still ok and it is cheapest amongst others local courier service. A set of speakers with 10KG is expected just around RM70-RM80.

So far no problem sending item using poslaju (used hard disk, RAM, handphone, etc.) and able to reach to the buyer within 12 hours from Kuching > any parts of Peninsular Malaysia.

Hi guys...wanna ask if anyone has any idea if I could open an account, like with Fedex and the rest with Poslaju/EMS or not? For sending and receiving parcels overseas? Do they provide any discounts?

Thanks notworthy.gif
