It seems your item failed for delivery and returned to origin. Are you receiver or sender?

it always like that. u have to attach the photo of the poslaju slip in the email to proof that the tracking number is valid then only they start investigate. So, ask the sender to give u the picture

Hi All,

I've few question hope someone can answer and plan use "Pos Ekspres"

1) Within Malaysia (Include Sabah & Sarawak)
* The price in the link pos express is for East & West Malaysia?

2) For local "pos ekspress" I need go pos laju buy the envelope or packet? then fills the item and post (throw into the mail box in pos office)?

3) Can I use "Pos Ekspres" sent item to Singapore but inside is "steel stainless" e.g. like rings, earing and similar stuff?

4) From (3) question how long it will reach to SG?

Sorry newbie here

1st i wanna clarify that Pos express and Poslaju is different. Don't mix it together ya.

1. The rate for pos express envelop is same for both Eats and West Malaysia. Fixed. http://www.pos.com.my/pos/personal/special...os_express.aspx

2. Yes

3. Currently, i think cannot. So, u have to use Poslaju.
