Poslaju failed again, they delivered my parcel to the wrong address, the Postman is so lazy to even check the house number. When I tried to track the parcel online, it shows delivered with someone else name and IC number. I was so shock and going to call Poslaju hotline on Monday as it's quite an important parcel, but luckily he was nice enough to return it to me.

No idea, maybe he thought it was his housemate parcel or what.

The cut-off time is stated on the yellow Pos Ekspress mailbox if not mistaken. Mostly around 3pm-4pm.

So far so good on my experience,
I think sometimes it does depends on the individual postman.
