here how it goes..
today i went into the maybank2u.com site, as i wanted to reload my DIGI prepaid.
so, i've go to "Buy Online", then "Prepaid top up with PIN DiGi Telecom". So i've chose the RM30..and the transaction was sucessful.
my ques is: where did my RM30 go? my account has been deducted RM30, but nothing happened.

Aiyoh...maxis still takde instant top up like maxis la.look back at your transaction history n you can find your top number there...

same happen to me..yesterday morning...i tried to reload rm10..n succesfull...but once i tried to reload..but cannot..seems to be got problem...its like the the reload number didnt exits...called digi hotline..they said..once the thing got to do with the maybank...we need to called the maybank n bla bla bla..since...im lazy..haha..i give away that rm10 ...anyway..for percaution next time..i think we need to print screen the transaction..n most important part..the serial number of the topup number..that number can be refer direct to digi DB...

so far no problem for me . just key in few more time with the number

One user having same problem before... when check the history... the code is there....

ok..i've called the service centre, they told me today Digi no more stock of prepaid reload (well, i don't knw what he's talking also).
so, he said they will make a report and refund the RM30 to my account. hopefully my money will come back asap.

hmm..weird la..i've never been such prob when im using CIMB e-banking.

as it say like we will have bday bonus rite!!!but i top up alos just got rm50 onli
which it say u will get 50%bonus on ur top up amount!!!

offcourse la bro... how many cimbclick user if compare to maybank2u...

my department have more than 100 staff, i know less than 10 use cimbclicks including me....

- our account cant see the transaction (just say people bank in to you) and only can see the total amount only?

got transaction history lor... same as if you update you passbook at the counter.

ya..got transaction history. it's written there when did ppl bank in/transfer fund into ur account, or u withdraw from ur account.
