As you all know,
Bumi's are the ones always getting discounts when buying a new house.
Sometimes up to 7%.

Now that we are 1Malaysia, I would like to suggest to all developers to open up this discount to EVERY MALAYSIAN!

Its not the developers who charged, they are forced to charge by government. Tell it to the government then.

If everyone gets discount, it's not discount anymore and even it does happened, they will be another incentive benefit for bumi's.

Like others said, accept the fact.

1malaysia is just promote the name. A brainwash game from gov. As usual, nothing will happen or change.

Maybe in the near future, if PM change to different nationality then will have another hope it will happen

I am not against discount given, but not based on race identity.

Lets give 1st time home buyer 4% discount, property price below 150K give discount 7% (for those poor family)... but not to rich bumi purchasing 600K semi-D/high-end-condo...

Firstly, I support the idea of being fair to everyone and therefore, the discount should be abolished due to racial factors. However, targeting the developers is not correct since this policy is implemented by the goverment and developers must comply. So your suggestion should be directed at the government.

In Johor, bumi discount is 15%.

johor get 15%！！ sure ar?

at least u wl know who wl be staying beside u when u buy ur hse...
bumi lot or non-bumi lot.
