i dont know wat seems to be my prob... i already subcribe BIS plan but after made setting at maxis.blackberry still didnt receive any service book n there's no email icon.. i tried to do upgrade my phone n wiped it still havent get the service book. hope anyone can help me on this.. tq

i bought overseas set.. i think my pin are release but something missing in my phone.. e.g. maps and email setup.. if my pin not release what should i do?

Check with Maxis whether they have successfully register your PIN or not, if the PIN are not yet release then you would need to contact the respective telco to have it released.
