damansara perdana got a lot of studios - but don't hope for the prices to go up.
can check out 10 semantan also, but slightly above 200k i think. what about the ones at plaza damas? |

i once read the property book which explains that property that is being used as own stay is not termed as investment. Price up or down, the property still there. Further more it doesn't generate rental income unless the tenant (the Owner also) pays rental to the Owner
