As per title, anybody have any idea which reputable company at KL that had managed very well on high rise resident building (Condo, Flat, Apartment)?

The company is suppose to manage the following item:
1) Liaison with security guard
2) Collection of maintenance fees
3) Collection of water bills
4) Liaison with gardener
5) Liaison with pool cleaner
6) Liaison to maintain gym
7) Liaison with garbage cleaner
8) Liaison with lift company
Feel free to add more if anybody can think of what to manage
