i've buy an iphone 3g on ebay but i get a fake look alike iphone. i have escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim, the seller told me that the phone should be aa original that he ask his supplier to sent to me.
anyone counter this situation before? please give me advice. |

That is their counterpart problem, not yours. Escalate the problem to Ebay. If Paypal requested proof, just take a snapshot of your look-alike phone, and the fund should get reversed IF ONLY the seller posted advertisement that he is selling REAL IPHONE. This is what you can do at the moment.
