Question regarding house rental..., can i get into trouble?

ok...i wanna ask.... if we rent out our house to ppl and they do business at that place...i think we can kena problem right? because residential place...cannot simply do business..
what if the house is used as a meditation centre? you know like some of those house...sometimes u see ppl got do chinese massage those type of stuff... is this illegal as well? thanks.... |

agreement memang for residential purpose...never meant to be operated as a centre...
