Hi,

i like to know the way to deal with china suppliers especially in ali baba.com
most of these suppliers have been online and i need to ask a few questions about the trading business.

1) how do we make payment to them normally.
2) do we have to pay the shipping cost out from china as well or they will absorb it?
3) how can we trust that the items are good before any payment is made blindly.
4) is there a third party agent who will be representing us to check and sent the shipment out in good order?
5) what are the things we must be more careful when dealing with chinese suppiers?
6) Is there any insurance to buy in case item is loss .

thanks notworthy.gif

Alibaba also need to be careful.

1. Depends on what type of payment method they provide. If can Paypal/Western Union is much easier. Most I think will accept Western Union.
2. Yes, we have to pay for shipping.
3. You can't check unless you are there, some will agreed to send sample first with lower price.
4. No, alibaba wont responsible on anything.
5. Sometimes you ordered A, but they purposely give you B which you are forced to take it because of the shipping fees, not so worth to send them back and resend. Some are scams in Alibaba.
6. Shipping insurance only provided by the courier upon request and have to be bear by you.

Still depends on what product. But some give real great deals over there, just got the risk of being scammed even by those who already got high rate.
