As of firmware version 2.0 our Xtreamer supports web interface for remote control .

The Xtreamer can now be controlled from the iPhone or any other mobile phone that has web browsing capability.

Simply browse to your device local IP (eg. 192.168.1.xxx) at our home network to be able to fully control the Xtreamer.

You can have it installed in your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, and act on another remote, but this remote is using wifi (provided you have wifi router at home), hope it helps.

Saw a new xLive upgrade version and downloaded it online...it can not seem to install at all and my xLive can not be opened now.

Is anyone here having similar problem? Do I need to revert to the older version and How?

Just delete the xlive folder and download the update again. It will install the new xlive

wanna ask sifu here about xtreamer pro, if i put ext dvd/bluray usb on xtreamer pro will it play the movie inside the disc? sorry maybe somebody already ask this but with 88 page hard to search it.

dvd rom is ok. bluray not support.

I just reformat my PC and requires to reconfigure all the folder sharing towards my xtreamer..this time, i still following what the xtreamer manual guides -> How to set-up Folder Sharing in Windows 7

When i checked from my xtreamer, i can't see any shared folder under the NETWORK SHARE folder. I just able to browse my shared files under NET/WORKGROUP/myPC.

Is there anyone facing this problem before?

Before formatting, i used a sharing software before and it managed to resolve this conflict but too bad its not here anymore

Maybe you can try to restore default setting after perform a new firmware installation. My idea is to wipe out the old data which maybe stored in your Xtreamer based on your old pc settings.
