Guys, i want to ask somethings..my DA scroll got problem...can i go for RMA? use for almost 2yrs liaw.. but,i had change the mousefeet b4..pls guide me.

if not wrong, DA warranty is 2 yrs right? so how the procedure for RMA?
1. email them regard my problem?
2. post to them via postlaju? (how to pay for RM20)?
3. waiting they to send to u?

last but not least, how long RMA take? and i had replace the mousefeet..do it void the warranty?

Btw, when u replace the mouse skates, u peeled off the original ones? Mouse skates won't void warranty. Warranty is void when u opened the screw that is buried beneath the Serial Number sticker for LED modification or to disassemble the mouse.

im from sarawak. doh.gif ..and ya, i peeled off the original ones...and thanx for the void warranty explaination..so, how should i do now? straight post to their office? or need call or email them? and then, is it together with the receipt? coz i never do those RMA things b4.. notworthy.gif
