My diamondback left button also have the same problem, hard to click after 3 years of usage. I was thinking of changing to a new one, but heck, the diamondback has 7 buttons, and i didn't even use the left/right buttons. So I just solder that button out from the pcb and changed with the side one. Problem solved~
