lol i am not saying who got more cash definitely my cash are far far lesser than VT.... What i mean is the way VT are doing is not right not saying who is richer. He should concentrate on the business fundamental instead of manipulating the stock price. It makes bjtoto loss its shine.... doh.gif
As are director of a bluechip... i think VT should at least buy when the stock price is facing downside pressure and stop buying when the stock price going up...

But what he is doing now is trading bjtoto shares..... sweat.gif

Actually i am very interested in BJTOTO... but look at what VT is doing make me hesitate to buy even at a lower price....
*
Hehe... I mean, if VT want to goreng up/ down, don't stand in his way... no offend for that tongue.gif

Yes , you are right.

If you invest in Malaysia, follow the rules of the sharks.

If sharks buy, we buy.

If they dump, we dump too.

From a simple TA point of view.

Of course  sweat.gif he is the big tauke of bjtoto what. Who dare to stand on his way  laugh.gif If i have 1% of his wealth cukup sudah  laugh.gif

What i meant is i don like his way of trading bjtoto. Of course it give us opportunity to profit from this but sound not professional for a MAIN BOARD LISTED company director to trade his own stocks.
*
What can we do? Is lidat one... Sometime you have to work with jerk, that's still better than work for jerk anyway tongue.gif

ya, this is issued by merchant bank indeed.
u mean 10000/3.73 = 2680
so we can exercise(buy) the bjtoto with 2680 unit in RM4.3867 ?
*
No, normally they just pay you the difference if any. Then if you want to buy, you have to buy from the open market.

sad.gif  can you show me the calculation briefly?
i'm totally out with this.
icon_question.gif
*
If at exercise date. Market price closed at RM4.5.
Diff = 4.5-4.3867=0.1133
So if buy 10,000 unit.
They pay you 10,000*0.1133/3.73=RM303.75

Lower than 4.3867 => nothing.

Last two quarters did not declare div, so there is about 200 million accumulated + another 100 million from this quarter for a total of about 300 million. BTOTO can easily declare 20 sen div. brows.gif

BJTOTO used to be one of the stocks I target to buy for divvy yield. But after seeing all those regular deals undertaken by VT and his associate companies, I've changed my mind.
*
Ir still a good dividend stock, just sometime pay in advance sometime in arrears, depends on mood (and need) of VT... Current theme is 1Malaysia legalize of sports betting... blush.gif

single tier dividend...meaning we will get this 6 cents nett? still need to declare this 6 cents as income in the income tax declaration rite?

sorry newbie in share investment here....
*
No need to declare lah, you won't get anything back one, single tier means tax paid & no chance to get back a dime for me... tongue.gif

if your personal tax bracket is less than 25% corporate tax rate, then i assume you will get back something...

No, you will get back nothing because that's the beauty of the single-tier tax system, tax authorities take all...
