Hi guys..I'm new here.I have weight problem. I'm 21 and 168 cm tall. The last time I check, I weighed 57kg only. The problem is, I don't really gain weight no matter how much I eat. And my diet is not consistent. Example, I maybe eat a lot this week. The next week, I'll kinda lose my appetite and eat less. I think that's why I don't really gain much weight. The other factor that I've been told is I have high metabolism rate, which I don't know true or not. My friends said I sometimes look like an addict because of my 'cengkung' face. So any advice guys? Anything beneficial supplement that I should take other than Weight Gain?
