it's a good idea to do plank and reverse plank first. Build up your core strength first. Then add up any abs exercise you want. my favourite is knee raise on the knee raise "bench" Hope to build the 5th and 6th pax smile.gif

coconut oil is good ? Means nasi lemak and mamak is good to eat ? that's my favourite food

I dont mean we can whack nasi lemak all day. It's just that coconut milk is a good source of fat. That's if the claim is true from the site I given. "Coconut milk can help reduce weight" they claim. But in the end, if you over eat, you still gain weight. Cannot escape that even if you eat very healthy food.

where to do cholestrol check ? expensive or not. it's not easy to get coconut milk alone. Only thing I can think of is Nasi lemak or mamak curry smile.gif
