>>Cardio? Do you mean by running and so on? I play tennis 2 times a week duration for 1 hour and is that sufficient? Currently I'm doing 30 times sit up in the afternoon and in the night, is that enough to see 6 packs in like 3 months?<<

More like 300 times twice a day, if you insist on this particular sort of cardio.

1 sit-up is the equivalent of 3 crunches. So do 900 of them twice a day.

You can do cholesterol checks or any other blood checks at any Pathlab outlet. There's a big outlet at Kelana Jaya near the King Crab place.

QUOTE(yoecr7 @ Jun 19 2009, 03:36 PM)
Hi guys..I'm new here.I have weight problem. I'm 21 and 168 cm tall. The last time I check, I weighed 57kg only. The problem is, I don't really gain weight no matter how much I eat. And my diet is not consistent. Example, I maybe eat a lot this week. The next week, I'll kinda lose my appetite and eat less. I think that's why I don't really gain much weight. The other factor that I've been told is I have high metabolism rate, which I don't know true or not. My friends said I sometimes look like an addict because of my 'cengkung' face. So any advice guys? Anything beneficial supplement that I should take other than Weight Gain?

I used to be pretty much like you. But I've made noticeable progress in the last two months or so. Friends I don't meet often show the greatest reaction; they either comment about my mass increase directly, or they keep looking at my chest when they talk to me (I finally have one, yay). I have never felt more athletic, or feel more comfortable in my own skin.

Two things are fundamental: You must join a gym and lift very heavy weights, and you must chew and swallow. Chew at every opportunity. Before you know it, pants won't fit you anymore and you'll look more muscular with each day.

It must have been those pullups. They made me weak.
