hi guys.. going off topic here bcoz im not familiar in using LYN forum. juz to ask i've been going toning program for about 3months in the gym now. and i want to focus on muscle building as far as i know, i shud target 1 muscle at a time. but there are so many muscles to train biceps,deltoid,triceps,abs, leg,lat, back etc how do you train all those in a week's time. even if u could, those muscles are trained once a week only is that sufficient? thanks alot..

ermm.. there are afew variations of exercise for different parts of the body in compound exercise. can i mix let's say.. shoulder and leg 1 time in the gym? or do i have to do it another day ? Thanks.. i appreciate the feedback

Hi bodybuilders!

i am an ectomorph and i've been hitting the gym for about 6months now. however, im not getting the results that i want i am toned but my muscles wont grow. i know an ectomorph must eat alot like 5-6times a day to grow but i ony eat 3times a day however i try to pack as much protein in 1 meal as i can eg: pick the biggest breast meat. i eat 2 half boiled eggs everyday.

Training:

1)i do squats as compound excercise. i tried other compound excercises like lunges and roll up but i dun feel any of my muscles working out(wrong teknik maybe?) so i stop doing it.

2)i do mostly isolation exercise as that is ony what my previous trainer coaches me. i dun have a trainer now

do u guys mind sharing ur workout schedule eg: what exercise u do and diet? (on the economical side) i am a student.
