Guys,
Currently i'm 175cm and 55kg. Any advise on transforming my skinny body to fit body?
I just join True Fitness and the personal trainer there tried to persuate me to join their personal training program? Do i need to join the personal training program? or i can just follow some guide and do it myself?
I plan to take on supplement as well. As i researched and ask around, mostly ppl recommend whey protein will do. Do i still need to take weight gainer? Which brand recommended for whey protein?
Any advise will be great! Thanks!

QUOTE(oRoXoRo @ Nov 23 2009, 10:45 AM) Hi RDPD, I'm having the same problem as you. But I didn't join any personal training program. Just read a lot of article, e-book on how ectomorph should train, eat and the perfect form for each exercises. By doing this, you can save a lot of $$$. I did tried to take weight gainer(bought it from GNC). After 1 week, I didn't gain any weight. I think for initial stage solid food is better. But it's just my personal opinion. Thanks oRoXoRo, Mind sharing your e-book? I plan to take whey protein, which brand you recommend? Thanks!

QUOTE(FirstOne @ Nov 23 2009, 06:30 PM) RDPD since you just started join gym, you can easily gain weight by hitting the gym and take the correct solid food =D Is it, few years back i did join gym also, but i didn't gain weight. But that time i didn't take any supplement lar, just eat lots of eggs everyday and drink milk. This time around i plan to take on supplement, and would like to follow some guideline so that it really works for me.

QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Dec 1 2009, 12:02 PM) I'm lazy to type it out ....you can try to read up John Berardi's, Paul Chek, Poliquin's, nutrition articles if you want further details. You'll have to pay for the information though but it's a good investment. At least for me it is. I can't share their documents with you because of copyright though. You could try training with me if you want though. It involves a barbell, dumbbells and a car and lotsa cursing. Most of these lifters train within the rep range of 1-5 There is life outside the 10-20 repetition, leg extension nonsense and pump and soreness. pizzaboy, Any recommended diet to gain weight? I'm 175cm and before i started gym i'm 56KG, after 2 sessions i become 55KG I eat as normal and take ON whey protein isolate after work out. What's recommended for breakfast? By the way where you have your training at which fitness center? hehe
