Hi guys, im 19 yo this year. My height is 190 cm and my weight is 120kg As for now, im only doing rowing and cycling in gym. I couldnt run on the treadmill for more than 5 minutes because my legs will start to give pain. I think its due to my weight. Im doing this exercise for 1 month already but i dont see any changes or reduction in my weight. First of all, i would like to reduce my tummy size which is as big as a wok Could you guys give me some suggestion and advice on what i should try next ? Thanx
