u mean by donate to server? mayb as sasaug TF 2 server, u get privilege to join game without queue, means there will be a slot reserve for donater/admin.
and for d safe side, i hope admin wont be given power to ban. only d server master? so tat d admin wont abuse d power wrongly.

neway, by donating is to help the community to maintain an own server, so tat we can play at lowest ping possible to ensure smooth flow of gameplay

Btw sasaug, if SG manage to host a good ping server, I think we can just save it up and use their server instead. No point if we don't have the player base that at least sum up to 10% of what TF2 have. even if we get enough 64 ppl to buy this game, not all will be using the server at the same time, so yeah. Let's wait and see then.
