Just a suggestion..Why not bring this issue to the media?

You got insider scoop? Promising is one thing, delivering is a whole different ball game altogether.

What people want is for TM to deliver what they promise. If a customer has spent his hard earn money for a decent 1mbps internet connection, he is entitle to get what he paid for. What more disappointing to me other than the frequent disconnections, lousy technical support, throttling and what not.. is the lack of initiative by TM to listen to their customers concerns and to improve the situation.

Every so often we read in the newspaper about TM upgrading its infrastructure and services. But the benefit from these upgrades has not materialize for the average customer. In fact, 2009 has been the worst year for streamyx in my opinion.

Could this be a good avenue? Opinions?

Good job on the report. Hopefully there will be a good response from the media.

STAR says its normal complain.. we need to something that out of the norm..something news worthy. Maybe a gimmick or a stunt.
