Enough already. TM will be rolling out HSBB soon, and the latest updates involving the IP CORE migration is FOR REAL.

They inherited a lot of shitty equipment and staff from yesteryear and theyre trying to shave it off.

A lot of political and economical reasons why this is not taking off as fast as you want it to.

I urge a little refrain and some wisdom on your side, yes youth is impatient but so are they to get things running as smoothly as you want it to.

Id rather have ppl like se7en and wKkay give some feedback on their side on this too.

Well , i had enough from TM with their bull-dong promises .

I HAD ENOUGH !

I paid RM88 for about 4 years for this SHITTY SERVICES !

That suppose to give me 1Meg of Speed !

But in return , what the fcuk i got ?

A slow and unstable shitty line and stupid frequent disconnection and Stupid IP Range ...

TM wont do anything , if no one stand up and fcuk them !

TM just will slowly eat up all your $$$$$$$ and makes you pay for their lousy arse services .

You got insider scoop? Promising is one thing, delivering is a whole different ball game altogether.

What people want is for TM to deliver what they promise. If a customer has spent his hard earn money for a decent 1mbps internet connection, he is entitle to get what he paid for. What more disappointing to me other than the frequent disconnections, lousy technical support, throttling and what not.. is the lack of initiative by TM to listen to their customers concerns and to improve the situation.

Every so often we read in the newspaper about TM upgrading its infrastructure and services. But the benefit from these upgrades has not materialize for the average customer. In fact, 2009 has been the worst year for streamyx in my opinion.

so what activities /k/ army is planning to do?
