i bought a new house that is already complete from developer.

i has already pay all my DP and sign all the snp already.


today i call the bank, the bank say they already release money to developer already.



so normally how long do it take me to get my house?

You should get your keys when the bank releases the money to developer since its a completed house. Call up your developer and ask. Might be a reason why you havent get your keys, could be they didnt get the money or like what other said, no CF.

CF - means that your house is already safe to live in

it means when developer have finished the project, they will inform government department( I am not sure which department) come to check everything. After that, the CF will only isue. Then you will inform to get your key from developer. I have asked my developer how long to ger the CF, and they told me it takes 1 month plus the fastest to get the CF. But normally is 3 month

The others case maybe developer haven't get the money from bank, you can call up your developer to check it out.

darling u shud let ur dad or hubby handle the purchasing & taking delivery of the hse.... u seem so confuse & not fully aware of what u need to do when buying a hse!!!!
