Need some assistance. My deepest apologies if its a repeated matter.

Having some issues regarding DS3 Synchronization after the update v3.10. I see there's many others also experiencing it.
Is there any solution regarding this problem? I've encountered that it shows [Unknown USB cable detected] and the DS3 only usable when is plug in on the USB port even though it stated that but unable to play wireless BT.

Adding to that, sometimes my PS3 Slim have blinking green light but stays on that way and never turns red when I attempt to off it. Is that a common problem?Does simply switching off the main plug will damage the console?
