People were complaining that the fonts previously were way too small on bigger screen TVs where they sit particularly far away. You know, Sony should have just gave an option for the old fonts and now larger fonts.

Is it really that hard to do?

they will hear those screaming voices (forums aldy noisy abt this) .... next update should have font type and size selection (since a lot of us surprised and complained)

here some work around this
go to music setting
set the frequency output to 48KHz
bingo now can listen to mp3 while browse the XMB by pressing PS button ..hope this help.

Thanks for theaudio tips...no onder why I can't browse while playing music!

I don't feel tht the font is too big laaa...our eyes will get used to it after a while...

but the damn friendlist...is a damn hell of a mess.

I noticed Sony included option to turn-off the particles effect and use the previous XMB effects. Why can't they include option to use small fonts as well? Or maybe option to use simple Friend List.

Fonts too big on my 70". I can see from 1km away.

the icon and the font are quite big.... 'sony response to some ppl can't see these icons and the letterings'... quite a shock

I can throw my specs now.....

At last...Yus can get a pair of bouncing Oppai rather than a pair static one...hehehe...

I on the other hand...wished that I cans see Snipey bouncing around n***d...Muahahahah.

p/s: Oh and just got an sms that Snipey's Ps3 just YLOD'ed.

Hmm... i get to test it last night, so far...
1. Font too big... i sit quite near to my LCD, so the big font really hurt me
2. THe friendlist... i like the previous one better, the boxed friendlist doesnt blend with the background really nice
3. The "What news" kinda annoy me, but no big deal
4. The sparkle is great... now its look more interesting....

I just hope for smaller font option and the custom friendlist....
