Hello, just wanna share with all. My ps3 can't read disc after playing star trek blu ray disc for the first time. I never played blu ray movie before on my ps3.
40 minutes thru the movie, it suddenly stuck (right at where kirk 1st simulation test). I bought my ps3 at this forum and it never gives any problem, until last weekend when i played the 1st freakin vulhanhead blu ray disc.

I already sent for repair but still waiting for the shop to confirm if its the lens problem. If its the lens problem, that mean i will get my ps3 the same time as ff13 (argghhh!!). Does anyone faces the same problem as me? Was ps3 created not for blu ray movie? Is santa behind this evil plot to punish me??

I blame santa. PS3 is a blu-ray player, so it can play blu ray. In your case, it might be the lens. have u tried play any games with it before playing the trekkie movie?? If they repair the lens, it should be out of commission not that long

i don't see the logic why anyone would buy jap games unless they understand jap like ninja. they only buy it to show off they are bloody rich. i don't like show offs.

some jap games like racing n beat em up or shooter okla if don't understand...but rpg...if don't understand, end up "will somebody post some guide of so n so, what to do bla bla etc...how to potong rumput"

how to optima change, i still dun understand the basic gameplay coz dun understand one bit. Posting guides will actually take away the freshness away.
