It have been unofficially been announced that BF3 is for PC,as far as i know,as it's about going back to the roots like BF2 or any BFs before that with large scale warafre,as oppose to the 32 max players BFBC2. It isnt bad, but some people does miss the large scale combat.

Hey...i dont think it will be on PC only...hmmm
Why exclusively PC when you can squeeze more juice from the gaming market..it is all about survival now you know
Wont hurt to have consoles having the same thing, aint it?
It could be like Dragon Age where it was first developed for PC,then ported to consoles where the final product is best played on PC,rather than console as the graphics looks sharper and better controls.
I might miss BFBC2,but i'll definitely cannot afford to miss the next one.
but titan mode really fun all jumping from ground simultaneously to attack ship. lol yeah..the finest graphic and physic effect for battlefield series but still, some aspect BF2 still win
for COD, the latest series quite disappoint me except body can torn apart. story line still impress me
The body only torn off in SP. What's the point they do that.
M1A2 is confirmed, as you can see from the video. Jet, f**k yea.
Also, this bit i found on Kotaku.
Not sure where this guy found this, but if half of it is true, it's gonna be awesome!!!

I got it from Kotaku.
I hope i dont need another upgrade for this beast. A 5870 Mobility and i7 should be enough for Medium eh?

Didnt i say it is a themed expansion that is more like Vietnam to BC2?
You cant have BF2 and BF3 vehicles in one map. It doesnt make sense. Also, you cant have 4 remastered map in the core game that is available for some people. It will divide MP where it is not good for the game. Especially if DICE wants PC gamers to dump their money to EA.

After much stalking of Alan Kertz, senior gameplay designer at DICE over digital networks such as Twitter, we’ve been able to gather tidbits of info on Battlefield 3 that haven’t been covered elsewhere. Read on for the bullet list!
Prone will be on all 3 platforms, not just PC Dolphin Driving/Dropshooting will not work. Spotting (in its BC2 incarnation) will be making a return While the PC version will have up to 64 player online matches, the number is limited to 24 on consoles There will be a friendly fire option, turned off by default Knives and dogtags will return There will be no ziplines or grapple hooks There will be bullet drop, but “Doesn’t work the same as BC2 though, it’s a much deeper system.“ No tracer darts
This all comes in addition to the stuff we already know. The game will be taking you to varied locales such as Tehran and New York. Jets and aerial combat will be making a return. The engine that the game is running on is Frostbite 2, which boasts unparalleled destructibility and (at least on the PC) deferred rendering. There will be a singleplayer and co-op campaign.
There will be more info on the game in the next issue of Game Informer, and we hope to have a better look at the game at this year’s E3.
Battlefield 3 is slated for release later this year on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
