I searched the Hager group and Hager Malaysia website, and could not find any information on their authorised wholesalers. Where did you find their authorised wholesalers on their website?

Many companies claim that they are authorised Hager suppliers, but how can we check to see if they are really authorised Hager suppliers?

Where did u buy it from? Should mention the shop's name and the salesman to warn other forumers. Really sad, instead of thinking how to improve their business, resellers just like to think of ways on how to con consumers and make short term profit.
