you should call the tires dealer for clarification. or try asking at respective dealer. ie; to your tire manufacturer dealer around nearer to you.
bulging spot is consider the weakest point. if it was on the surface, constant contact with surface will further weaken it.
new replacement is the safest choice.
im using silverstone... i told my fren my tire bulging he instantly ask me silverstone right?! then he say hard to claim warranty one for all tires.. think will go for replacement... but cant afford to change all tires... need to find back same profile... and i got a weird profiles... 185/50/15.. what brands have this? i know yokohama doesnt have...

what is the reason behind sidewall couldnt claim ? btw u selling yokohama tyres right ? beginning of this year the shop told me this year tyre price will rise... is that true ?
