QUOTE(michael9413 @ Mar 30 2010, 08:47 AM) Michelin PP2, Kumho ESPT... around RM150~RM190... a bit expensive coz not much ppl have stock... look around la... BTW PP2 has stop production already duno any of them still carry this... Parada quite good for daily usage Added on March 30, 2010, 8:50 am Parada good???? haha i think u prefer comfort with performance... Parada is nothing compare to RSR and R1R la... but u must buy tires by priority, grip in dry and wet??? then comfort or handling??? and do you hate noisy tires... then u only u filter the tire that you want... if you are using Parada then i think you are on 195/50 R15... So far I love R1R the most, foe me, it's one of the best street tires i can put on my car Semi slicks is good for short distance driving as it drains very fast, but still, my next tire is FTZ RR front and R1R at the back |

QUOTE(yngwie @ Nov 21 2010, 04:50 PM) if the car still run straight line with hands off the steering, there is no need for an alignment. unless the suspension changed. How much for your Thai tire? What model you bought?wheel balancing should be foc. btw, installed the Thunderer tires yesterday morning for testing purpose. covered 278km. feels like running on semi-slick. just kidding noise level is okay for a new tire. quite promising but need to wait till tire fully run-in. no chance to whack it in wet yet. Edited: Anyway, I thought the Traction rating (A, AA ) are depend on the manufacturer themselves? Cos personally I tested AA and A rated tire, the A rated performs better than the AA This post has been edited by AceCombat: Nov 22 2010, 10:21 AM |

QUOTE(michael9413 @ Nov 22 2010, 05:22 PM) haha really depends on what tire you on la... Traction rating is for grip... Like I said, i think is the factory rated it themselves, I was running semi-slick all the times and changed to street tire recently really wan to know what tire are you talking about mind to tell... traction A perform better than traction AA... wow... Anyway, the AA and A I talked about, I was comparing Yokohama and Federal and Toyo. |
