upgrading bigger rims will give more uncomfort n bumpy ride more ever petrol jus wen up n expenses also will b goin up soon~
so for ur infomation good tires 16" n above will cost u at least rm350 n above~
if u dun have tat kind of money then u should stay on ur stock size rather then killing urself wit bigger tires+maintainance? ?  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

which one more silent ?? i'm not afford to change it again after found that are noisy still smile.gif

nexen6000 or 8000,  previously u recomend 8000? kindly advice ya... notworthy.gif
which to get most silent and long lasting. grip/traction wise normal will do. very seldom drive more than 110km/h  biggrin.gif  follow the rules rclxms.gif
*
then u can stick to those Dunlop D-01 or others local tires... but frankly speaking i really agree with Rascal Stitch...
to be safe than sorry...

S1 evo is a class higher then V12... can consider "lower" semi-slick class
dry grip is far more superior to V12 and the wet grip is not bad but don't push your luck during wet (all other donuts are about the same too)

for 205/45/16 is RM 365~ per piece...
rating is ZR

with good set of tires, you will only need to get a nitrogen refill about once in 3 months. in my case,
the pressure could last for 4 months with merely 15kpa drop in pressure. even with constant abuse.
cons = you need to pay rm5 per tire, and free subsequent refill if you know the shop ppl.
so, quite a number of shop actually mixed their nitrogen with oxygen and sell it at 100% price, which is a bad thing.

if car alignment is in position, tires tread on nitrogen gas will last longer compare to oxygen.

mao2@
nitrogen gas filling only available in certain tires shop. you can walk-in and ask them.

S1 Evo only available at size 225/45/R17 which i think the price would be around rm500/pcs.... shocking.gif so it is way out of my budget alr....
then i might jt stick to either GY F1 or Hankook V12 Evo which is more easy to find on my area here... dun think have Nexen at my area... smile.gif
