Bad service from TM streamyx, my line down since 26 dec, therefore everyday i'm follow up the status, the 1st day officer told me need to wait for 48 hour to arranged the schedule, the 2nd day the officer told me need to wait for 72 hour to arrange the schudule after 72 hour the technician will take action to my case, the 3rd day the officer told me after 72 hour and mention the technician not 24 hour on duty, wtf what is the fu**king system provide to the enduser, and somemore the officer give the words like " SHIT "........!

The stupid Fu**king TM streamyx totally never improve their fu**king system, year 2020 is nearly, but still having this kind of fu**king service~~~~~!
