yeah its weird my download got no problem full speed , but when surfing , youtube so slow even 144p need to wait , got any idea guys?

anyone experiencing frequent disconnection and difficulty connecting to streamyx in penang? i am in the air itam area. have been having problems since last night at around 11 PM. this morning cannot connect totally. dsl light on my modem non-existent.

is streamyx having problem?

speedtest is fine, but alot of times webpage just failed to load...need to reload few times...

strange...started since yesterday

unifi connection been shitty since last few weeks, today is the worst, disconnected a few times in a row.

Yeah, today is the worst for me too for the past 9 months. Restarted few time, obtained an IP and successfully connected to WAN but just cant get through the internet. Sigh.

fk man, my streamyx completely off radar, the DSL LED damn stable, but internet LED is dead.... call to center no announcement, keep say assign field officer to station and check, wtf la...

receive a call last month say i can upgrade to 4mbps from 1mbps, this kind of dc rate, pay more money and cause own frustration?

Is ur problem solved? I hardly to load pages since yesterday. Even download also slow like 512mb only. Streamyx user here @ 8mb

Hi. Can I know where I can file complain to TM? Is been 2 week my internet is down. Called 100 several time. Went TM point twice

1st time mention issue still open, cable issue.
2nd time mention ISSUE CLOSED. Will send technician to check again. Not free during that day when I received 2 miss call from my own house number. Next day, called the techinician number and he say CABLE ISSUE and still haven't fix.

Srsly frustrated with theIR response.

Any email I can use to complain. TM 100 SOP is even making me speechless.

New Maritime IPV6 modem = Slow youtube buffer, even 240p is really slow...

Old D-link modem = Smooth 720p youtube playback

Help me what should I do to the new modem guys...
