UPGRADING OF TM INFRASTRUCTURE
Dear Valued Customers,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad wishes to inform our customers in Jasin, Melaka that we will be upgrading our network in the area to an Internet Protocol-based Next Generation Network (NGN) platform on Saturday, 19 March 2011 in order to facilitate the ongoing improvements to our performance and service quality. With this new network, TM will be in a position to service your needs faster and introduce new services that will increase the convenience and flexibility of the fixed line.
Kindly also take note that there will be no changes in the service terms and pricing policy under this network upgrading exercise.

During this upgrading exercise, our Streamyx, TM Homeline, TM Businessline and ISDN BRI customers residing in the area may experience minor service interruptions. We would like to assure our customers that the services will resume to normal after the stipulated period.
TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused that may occur from the disruption and would like to assure you that the upgrading exercise is necessary to enable us to provide you with the best quality of service.

PENAIKTARAFAN INFRASTRUKTUR TM
Pelanggan yang dihargai,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad ingin memaklumkan kepada pelanggan-pelanggan kami di kawasan Jasin, Melaka bahawa kami akan menaik taraf rangkaian kami di kawasan tersebut kepada platform Next Generation Network (NGN) yang baru yang berasaskan Protokol Internet (IP) pada hari Sabtu, 19 Mac 2011 bagi terus mempertingkatkan prestasi rangkaian dan kualiti perkhidmatan kami. Dengan rangkaian baru ini, TM akan berupaya memenuhi keperluan anda dengan lebih pantas serta memperkenalkan perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan baru yang akan mempertingkatkan keselesaan dan kepelbagaian penggunaan talian tetap.
Kami juga ingin memaklumkan bahawa tiada sebarang perubahan dalam terma dan syarat perkhidmatan serta polisi harga berikutan aktiviti naik taraf ini.
