From: xia's heart , !

I bought a set of v-cubes, and they arrived at my house 2days ago.

But they sent the wrong cubes, which are the cubes that I didn't bought.

Now they are asking me to send back the cube to Greece.

they are paying EURO 20 to my paypal account for the shipment.

I've never encounter problem like this before, So..

1) how do I post the parcel back to Greece ? Cheaper than Euro 20

This is what they said

We will credit your PayPal account up to 20Euro for you to ship the cubes back to us.  Please send it through the post office and declare a low value (15Euro), like you received it without trouble from customs.  We will NOT pay for customs fees when instructions are not correctly followed and they will be charged to you if instructions are not followed properly.
but I don't understand it at all. Can someone help me out ?

2) How do I repack the parcel since I have opened it. The office got provide these services ?

I guese the reason they requested you to declare the item as cheaper than EURO 20 is to avoid custom tax.
Just like what the explained to you. (you received the parcel without having to pay any tax to our custome rite).

i suppose that v-cube is not something fragile rite.
just get a box and wrap it up. not necessarily nice box..any box will do (recycle or any box u can find in yr house/office).
just fill up the rest of empty space with newspaper/sponge if u have.
wrap with bubble wrap if fragile. u can buy all these from stationery shop.

wrap the box with either brown/white color paper.
best if use salotape to seal the whole box.
bring it to any post office and tell the officer u need to send this parcel to Greece.
They will tell you what to do.

u can check the postage rate here.

if cost ard RM120 by pos laju (for parcel weight < 1kg)

cheaper alternative is by normal parcel

around RM60 (air parcel)
around RM30 (surface parcel) - am not sure what this surface parcel anyway.
