Try speed up the fan to 65% or so.
New or used gc? If new, just send it to shop for replacement. 100C is terrible.

it could happen, given the fact dat the malaysia weather is hot.

even those early batch 4870 on stock setting can go up to 95c just after 5 minutes of gaming.
i dun c y 4870x2 can't reach 100c.

given the age of the card, do some clean up & replace the thermal paste.

don't worry gpu can stand heat >100C
u can try put fan to blow at the back side of the gpu..

just take out your 4870x2 and clean the cooler, i have same problem of temp too, is because the dust blow the first heatsink, i use small cable tie to take those dust block the air, so just clean it then the temp will down.
