Haha dont take prices from malaysia and compare with US.

if u compare like that current iphone 3G in US about 300 USD + convert to malaysian should be around 1200 -1500 but in malaysia its near to 2k why is that?

If you import a phone, it is subjected to SIRIM approval. Even so, that would incur additional RM250 for the approval sticker. hmm.gif

+ the seller also want some profit. thats why iphone still rm2k+. used iphone before. not a great phone though. just so-so.

I heard the news! But Malaysia RRP can go as low as RM300+ ?
Today i saw Maxis offer old iPhone swap new iPnone, save up to RM1.2k

Trade your old iPhone get a new one
Go up to RM1050 rebate for your old iPhone.

But i still prefer 99USD iPhone or FREE iPhone from telco.
Hopeless blood sucker telco, we cant enjoy the low price.
