btw, it could be another factor too, like, cpu-z buggy, the processor have something wrong with information chip or motherboard or something else

from cpu-z screenshot it is due to ES (engineering sample) which shldnt be released to public at all.. only few ways to get it, steal from intel and sell it to public. for ES, if you arent lucky, u might get the 1 that is buggy. see, it shows 6ghz
