i'm so lost now to b honest. with so many brands with great features out there, i simply cant make my mind. which do u think is great for astro and dvd/bluray (with darker black bars on top n bottom)? budget 4k or below (or slight over, say RM100), 40-42". personaly i love the led type, by way over my budget, too bad for that.

That's why for LCD i don't like to compare this brand with that brand. The best thing to do is to see yourself. Go to a place like Harvey Norman, Best Denki and Senq. You can see and compare by yourself it's easier than asking other people's opinion because different people different taste.

I brought Toshiba 42RV500E recently, and I found that the picture quality and sound quality is not bad. For 42" LCD for the price of MYR3K plus considered not bad.
