i love to pump my chest up..love to build huge pecs.. everytime when i go for chest training, i would do flat bench press, incline bench press, flat and incline dumbell press, pec deck or flys.. it is around 5 to 6 exercise and each exercise consists around 3-4sets at 8 to 12 reps.. am i overdoing it..??
