tmnut streamyx got problem again? seems very slow since last 2 days. underwater cable problem again?

anyone exprience ADSL light up but internet light down? any idea why?

using streamyx btw, happens b4 prior to this.

hi every1
im using streamyx 1 mb package.
this is what i notice.
if i use in the morning, say 6am till 12 noon maybe, speed is okay.
but as the hours passes, the speed will be slower and slower. late in evening or nite time after 8pm, speed is horrendous.
is this normal for all streamyx user? or is it just me?
this is especially US website i think.
