WTF.. I went to TM to cancel my line and streamyx since March..

on april, receive tm bill and wen back to TM to check on this.. they said i terminate my bill on 20/3 and the april bill is for usage till 21/3.. so i pay up the amount.

last month receive tm bill again. go n check again at TM.. the TM guy just take my bill n go n do dunno what shit. after that tell me that i just have to ignore the bill. i ask again, hv my line+streamyx been cancel? he said yes.

yesterday, receive tm bill again with 2 months overdue. i was like
how many times do i have to go to stupid TM point just to cancel my line?

I'm having a similar problem to this. I'd suggest emailing them about your predicament (detailed explanation of what you've done, e.g. terminating your account, what the officer did during your visit to TMpoint, etc.), and then keeping your email exchange for future reference, if they insist on taking action. That's what I did, and I got a pretty satisfactory reply from them; it was far more conclusive than repeated calls to their hotline and visits to TMpoint. It's also less of a hassle than constantly visiting TMpoint.

Having same problem in Kota Samarahan. Certain exchange having problem authenticating subscribers' logins, including me
