Hi all, I just get my new car 2 days ago. 1.0(M) there is 2 things i realized that when i need to shift/change gear (for example : from 2nd gear to 3rd gear) i need goes up to 2000-3000RPM den oni can change else my engine feel like no power to go

2nd) my gear knob suddenly very shaky during driving and some noise as well

is that normal for new car?
should i wait until my 1st 1k service and check with P2 S or directly got there and check?
