dear all viva sifu, i just get my viva zai not even 6months, and the car shake/vibrate like 10yrs old car already. Beside that, when i start my engine, i can hear the engine sound is very loud and its not longer like the engine sound that i just get my car. i sent my car to service center two week ago, they said my car got no prob. But when last week i went service center again to fix the window's rubber thing, they said that my bearing is spoiled and they changed a new one for me. After they change it, the noise is getting louder which i totally have no idea on which part is cacat. any idea with that?

Their own service centers sucks.

Better if you have your own picked mechanic to do the job. They might tell a different story.

It's unimaginable that only 6 mths using a brand new car can have those problems.

I went to service centre fixed the window rubber for twice already still the same problem....will fall out even thought at the 2nd time they change new sets for me but still the same......they said they never meet this problem for other owners......but i dont think so .....bcos i think other owner maybe not stingy as me.....that's they didnt complaint . but on the road i saw many viva got same problem with me. at the end, i give up even though they ask me go back again. i told them if they cant confirm can fix my rubber & wont let me go at the 4th time then i will go. the technician told me 'sorry, we can't promise u for that'.... mad.gif
