Hi all.

I'm starting to feel hungry a lot (a.k.a hungry 24/7). Eat lunch, 2 hours later hungry ady. eat dinner, 2 hours later hungry again. Eat a bit of supper (bread, or milk), and hungry again @@

What should I do?

I want to cut down my flabby stomach as well.

Anywhere to refer to for basic food intake planning? Thanks!

Oh btw I'm generally lean, besides my stomach only. dry.gif

Once we start to find excuse, there goes our body. I've been doing this, and stopped doing now.
C'mon dude, study life is nothing compared to working life.
I'm an engineer in Intel, the workload is like SHIT. Yet I can squeeze out some time to exercise. It's all about will power.
Just plan our time properly, ensure at least 6 - 8 hours sleep and we can exercise to achieve our goals wink.gif

notworthy.gif Ok ok I cannot fight working lifestyle.

Sky - I stay near Thaipusam place...

Experience - you have assignment, we have to work 830-530pm...thrash up with the massive traffic in Kayel.....take care of home....prepare food....etc....... I think it's all about time management and commitment.

God always give us choices. We just have to pick the right one.

Added on April 14, 2009, 7:15 pmexperience : time management during my study days was plotting how i can get away with spending too much time on my assignments and exam studying. then rest of the time, go play play. smile.gif

with exercise, need buddies. we kinda support one another here. if we slack, wah, a lot of noise but encouragement too.

and we share what we eat to tempt each other.

Yeah, you're right. I didn't go for exercise for 2 years in uni back then was because none of them are active. If they go sport, I go. If not, nothing happens.

Then, when I was with my ex we went basketball quite frequently, I can see drastic improvement.

When she left, everything turned upside down back to where I slumped. Sigh.

So, all I do now is courseworks, and very rare joggings. sad.gif

Haha. Back to assignmenting. Thanks for your comment.

Hi all.

Age 20.

Height around 175cm.

Weight 70kg.

Have lovehandles, and doesn't seem to go away.

I think it's my diet. Friend adviced me to cut down on my rice intake, and exercise more (well sure thing).

Cut supper, eat breakfast <-- problem is at night I get really really hungry. D= What can I do besides drinking milk? (I assume that drinking milk is ok)

I do jog twice a week at least... but since I just started my semester I have yet to jog till I sort out my studies first. Will jog ASAP.

Can you folks give me hints on how to monitor my food intake? I have a slender body, besides my lovehandles. sleep.gif

Hello there,

First of all, there is no spot reduction unless if you want to do liposuction  blush.gif  Next, jogging twice a week is good for health but not good enough to burn your fat off.

"Both men and women tend to be image-conscious regarding love handles, sometimes leading to a negative body image. While many products are marketed for eliminating love handles, it is generally agreed that spot reduction is impossible, and that the best way to reduce them is to lose fat by being more active (through activities such as cardiovascular exercise and weight training) and consuming fewer calories." extract from wikipedia.org

Your friend advice is true, try to cut down on carb intake, eat frequently so you won't feel hungry all the time. Cutting calories is a way of losing fat if done the correct way. Again I will said other than do High intensity interval training, you can also do Core Exercise or cross training. Try do a rough list of what you eat daily and what time you eat and please, no cheating. Monitoring on the food and time you take them is always the best and it works for me.

Hi 6a6y6lue,

Lol liposuction @@

Oo not enough to burn off my fat. Hmm I'll jog more lor. laugh.gif

I'd been doing HIIT too, sprint (run slightly faster than jog only la, if real sprint I KO straight) for 20secs, jogging for 40secs, keep repeat for 5mins then I cannot ady.

I see guess I really have to monitor my food intake...

Does that means I cannot take supper anymore? cry.gif cry.gif

Thanks yea. Much appreciated biggrin.gif

how about you increased your speed when you do the HIIT. Dats the whole point, do it till you drop smile.gif

What time is super supper? and what do you normally take for supper?
*
Regarding HIIT, I run until the lower left of my abdomen feels pain. It's not appendix I assume. Ok will do will really run and see how fast I KO first.

Erm, after 11 onwards I'll keep looking for food to eat. Biscuits, if I'm in hometown leftover dinner. 11 o'clock eat ady can last till 1~2am, eat again, if I stay up too late sometimes at 4 I'll eat something again. @_@

My life in Uni well I guess it'll consist of 11 o'clock and 1~2am supper.
