my thigh is not fat,[MANY PPL SAY] sweat.gif but my hamstring is darn good..VERY TIGHT [even got the muscle shape brows.gif ]tongue.gif but my tummy is fat... cry.gif MY ARMS is FRIGGIN FAT too!i got tricep now...but biceps is not obvious...hav to pay more attention on my biceps part

hmm not really 'afraid' la, more like just not turned on by it, but shrug, some guys like it anyway. I mean, did you read that article in Section 2 in The Star 1-2 days ago? about that woman bodybuilder in SG? Damn huge man, and she doesn't look attractive to me at all. No BF too at around 33 years old. I mean, girls can weight lift, nothing wrong with that, helps metabolism and toning as well as burns more calories, but taking it to extremes doesn't look good imho. There are a lot of pics of american girls who weight lift to get a toned body, especially in hollywood like jessica alba etc, and that looks good.

Tea : Biscuits - take the high fiber biscuits as they are usually low in calorie. I prefer Jacobs because low calorie.

Supper : Consider fruits or raw veggies as a healthier alternative.

These are the type of food choices that you may have to change. You can probably cheat eat 1x-2x a week but do it in moderation.

It's not going to be easy.
