I can say the Newly Released X2(Athlon II and Phenom II X2) performance is ranging from E5200 > E8400..
They are staying in the middle ..And sometimes outperform it at cheaper prices

Using Stock cooler right?1.35 with 100/200Mhz should b do-able..

Emm..you can pump to 1.5V..I've made it before for 24/7 for about 3~6Months +..and it still going..Maybe keeping it cool will help..But it is still not suggested for 24/7
But usually,Deneb loves "cool" rather than volts..
