Sony Malaysia is officially going to launch it's very own online Playstation Store on June 8th 2009!

Other highlights for this month includes the upcoming Games and Gadgets exhibition happening at Mid Valley on June 12 - 14th.

Visit the Sony booth from 12th to 14th June 2009 and participate in exciting games, activities, lucky draw contests and promotions.

To answer your question, the games and gadgets event is going to be huge with big names like Sony, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Panasonic and loads more exhibiting the latest gadgets and gaming related activities.

You can always drop by Mid Valley on the 12 - 14th of June by car or public transportation with ease.

12-14 is weekend right + school holidays. Very-very hard to go there. Public transport seems to be the answer.

hehehe... me from penang also sometimes went to kl if got something interesting.. and be back late evening or night... hehehe... but of course by bike lah.

even if not school holiday also many people, after school is around 1pm and normally friday will be earlier, they still can go there in afternoon, saturday and sunday sure same lar...

I've notice that some of you might be curious to know what is the activity line up. Well, here's the list for Day 1 and 2 (Do come early to avoid the rush):

Day 1: Saturday -

Registration for street fighter 4 are for all time as long as we are on:

12pm start

1pm - SF4 Marathon starts

3pm - ROCK BAND TRY OUT

4pm - Street Fighter Marathon Continues

5pm - Rock Band Try Out ( see if a team of 3 can finish a song get goodies )

6pm – PS Store Trash Game

7pm - SF4 continues

8pm - Close

Day 2: Sunday -

12pm - Finalist Register and Rock Band Register

1pm - ROCK BAND FREE PLAY WIN GOODIES

2pm - ROCK BAND TOURNAMENT

5pm - TRASH GAME

6pm - STREET FIGHTER 4 KNOCK OUT STARTS

8pm - PRIZE GIVING SESSION

just came back from gadget & games exhibition....well...its nothing great...no new games showing on sony booth

there just couple of games such as sf IV,rockband, motorstorm, fallout3, farcry 2....
and some ancient old games such as ninja gaiden......ridge racer....
i am expecting some e3 demo in sony booth actually.... (well...in my dream)

no bargain item on shelve,so....pls do not expect too much......

and lastly....no playstation chick...

i dont think this is a game exhibition, all is just tournament things, better call it a mini competition.

sad to note that our events here can never live up to the standards they set in overseas events.
